lost at home depo

Came with Dav to buy a window shade and stuff so Dav can make a special ramp so my cats can get down from our patio for some exploring. I got some plants but now can't find him...This place is too huge.

i think you have totally captured the mega-store experience! in fact, your expression says it all, even without the context of the other 3 shots. it's wonderful to have this take on day-to-day san francisco. thanks!

Your cats need a special ramp to get down from the patio?

The long overseas flight left them ambulatory disabled?

Do they still land on their feet if you drop them upside down or do they just aimlessly collapse on their spines?

Will they be eating from 40 lb bags of WalMart kittychow soon?

Good seeing you back online, Mie.

Say, something i've always wondered and never knew anyone who might be able to explain-- what's the Japanese term for the SF kaiten-zushi, you know, the overpriced places where they float the fish bites around on a boat?

I always called it boatu kaiten-zushi but then, my japanese comprehension is extremely limited. Not at all like my Spanish fluency, "Rawo fisho on a boato".

My cats actually came out rather OK although Dav (and increasingly me too) think Wakame (the female) has gone a little bonkers. She darts around as if shadows are following her, stares at us as we have 3 green heads on, and meows and meows and meows as if she's reciting some prayer. But the patio deal, they would basically have to climb up and down a ladder so a ramp would help.

Hmm.About the boat kaiten sushi, you know, I don't know.I've actually never seen a boat version in Japan...must be some American version to please curious Americans...boutu kaiten sushi sounds good to me. I'll try it in Japantown next time I'm there and see if people comprehend : )
